Deposits made to secure event dates are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our services we cannot provide refunds for bookings.
If the event gets canceled we can not issue a refund.
Rescheduled dates for events are accepted as long as the date provided is available for Elevate Entertainment.
If unforeseen circumstances occur at the fault of Elevate Entertainment & we are not able to service your event, we will then honor a refund for the scheduled event.
